Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 18, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MenuHub ("MenuHub," "the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by [Your Legal Business Name]. By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or using the MenuHub platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. What MenuHub Does
MenuHub is a digital menu and restaurant management platform designed for restaurants, cafés, hotels, and other food businesses. The Service allows businesses to create, manage, customize, and publish digital menus that customers can access through web links or QR codes.
Depending on the features available on your plan, MenuHub may also provide additional tools for managing restaurant information, menu categories, menu items, prices, offers, images, and other digital menu content.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and current information when creating a MenuHub account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities performed through your account.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a MenuHub account.
If you create an account on behalf of a restaurant, company, or other organization, you confirm that you have the authority to represent that business and accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Your Business and Menu Content
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information you publish through MenuHub. This includes, but is not limited to, restaurant information, menu items, descriptions, prices, images, opening hours, offers, promotions, allergen information, and dietary information.
MenuHub does not independently verify the accuracy of information submitted by businesses. You are responsible for ensuring that all published information is accurate, current, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
In particular, MenuHub is a digital publishing and management platform and is not a food-safety, nutritional, medical, or regulatory authority. Any allergen, dietary, nutritional, or food-related claims published through your account are your responsibility.
4. Ownership of Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload to MenuHub, including your restaurant information, menu descriptions, images, logos, and other materials.
By uploading or submitting content to MenuHub, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and distribute that content as necessary to provide and operate the Service.
This includes displaying your restaurant's menu and related content to customers through your public MenuHub page, web link, or QR code.
5. Public Menus
MenuHub allows businesses to publish digital menus that may be accessible to the public. Information you choose to publish publicly may be viewed by anyone who accesses your MenuHub menu page or scans your QR code.
You are responsible for reviewing your published menu and ensuring that information intended to be public does not contain confidential, private, or sensitive information that you do not wish to disclose.
6. Customer Reviews and Feedback
If review or feedback features are available on your MenuHub account, customers may submit ratings, comments, or other feedback.
Reviews and feedback are user-generated content and do not necessarily represent the views or opinions of MenuHub. We do not guarantee the accuracy of customer reviews.
We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, contains unlawful material, constitutes spam, harassment, abuse, or otherwise creates a risk to MenuHub or its users.
7. Subscription Plans and Billing
Some MenuHub features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
- Pay the applicable subscription fee for your selected plan
- Provide accurate and current billing information
- Authorize recurring payments where automatic subscription renewal is enabled
- Pay any applicable taxes, fees, or charges associated with your subscription
Current subscription plans and pricing are displayed on the MenuHub pricing page. Subscription prices may be changed from time to time. Where required by applicable law, we will provide reasonable notice of price changes before they apply to an existing subscription.
Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. MenuHub does not intentionally store complete payment card information on its own servers.
8. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription according to the cancellation options available through your MenuHub account or by contacting us.
Cancellation generally prevents future subscription charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a billing period that has already started. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
If your subscription expires or is cancelled, access to paid features may be removed or restricted. Public menu availability may also be affected depending on your plan and MenuHub's current service configuration.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MenuHub to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Publish fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content
- Infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights
- Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization
- Interfere with, disrupt, or damage the MenuHub platform
- Use automated systems to excessively access or abuse the Service
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or other harmful software
- Use MenuHub to distribute spam or unauthorized promotional content
- Manipulate or abuse customer review or feedback features
- Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or security controls
10. Intellectual Property
The MenuHub platform, including its software, user interface, design, branding, logos, trademarks, features, and underlying technology, is owned by [Your Legal Business Name] or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of MenuHub's intellectual property to you. You receive only the limited right to use the Service during the period in which you are authorized to use it.
11. Third-Party Services
MenuHub may rely on third-party providers for services such as hosting, database infrastructure, image storage, analytics, authentication, communications, and payment processing.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for failures, interruptions, or changes to third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.
12. Service Availability
We aim to keep MenuHub available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, security incidents, infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MenuHub is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that MenuHub will meet every business requirement, operate without interruption, be completely error-free, or remain available indefinitely.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, [Your Legal Business Name] will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of MenuHub.
This includes, where permitted by law, loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to MenuHub during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the account has violated these Terms, applicable law, or poses a security or operational risk to MenuHub or other users.
You may stop using MenuHub and request deletion of your account at any time, subject to any applicable payment, retention, or legal obligations.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will end. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and applicable legal provisions, will continue to apply.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the applicable courts and legal procedures of Sri Lanka.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to MenuHub, our business practices, or applicable legal requirements.
When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where appropriate, we may also provide additional notice of significant changes. Continued use of MenuHub after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms.
